Makayla gymnastics

Makayla started on the competition team this year at Flip's gymnastics. She was very excited adn nervous. Makayla had tons of there to support her.

Makayla did beam, floor, vault and bars. We didn't get a good picture of vault but here are some others.

Cakes

I started taking a cake decorating class with my friend Julie. This watermelon cake was just done for fun for Makayla. The cupcake was done at my class. I have two more classes this month which I am excited about.

Gardner Village with Grandma

When Grandma was here we took her and Auntie Lissa to Gardner Village. Neither of them had ever been there and loved it. Plus the witches were out.

A wet pumpkin patch

We headed out to the pumpkin patch and as we drove out there a major thunderstorm started. We started to drive away and then it stopped. So we decided to go back and it started again. Luckily it stopped shortly after we got there, at least long enough for us to get some pumpkins. But it started again, so we left. Danniqa and Kevin started out with an umbrella in order to avoid the rain.

The witches

On Sept 30 Kevin, Danniqa and I headed to Garnder Village to see the Witches. Danniqa loved them last year and she did again. I let her hold the camera and except for the pictures she is in she took all the others. I think she took about 50 pictures in total. I only put one on here that she took. It was a fun day. We will probably go again before the end of October to see them.

Thanksgiving point Wednesday

For the last year we have had a pass to Thanksgiving point. It has been very enjoyable. However, we realized it was going to expire this weekend so we decided that we should have a fun day and go to all of the places there. So we started out at the dinosaur Museum where they had a display on how light works from NASA. So we did that and then headed out to the farm adn the gardens. It was a really fun day.

We headed to the farm. Luckily Danniqa was in a mood for pictures today because we got some cute ones. Here are a few.

Parent Teacher Conference

Danniqa had parent teacher conference today. Ms. Merrill her teacher said she is the perfect student. She is well behaved, listens, and participates. Danniqa was doing so well in her reading that she got moved up to the highest group where she is actually reading. She is getting A+ in all of her school subjects. It was fun to sit and hear how greeat she is because we sure think so. Good Job Miss Danniqa!
