That is right. I now have an IPAD2. It has been so nice this week. I can carry it with me for work and it is so light. If I am taking it with me and have the baby girl it fits right in the diaper bag. I am thrilled with this purchase and VERY VERY grateful to my sweet mother-in-law who made it possible. So Thank you again Karen!

Papa & Nana's
I decided to spend the night down at my dad's on Friday night. I left with baby girl and Kev was bringing Danniqa down later. Sausha was having Esther spend the night there on Friday as well. So I picked up Esther on the way. I also stopped at my Aunt Debi's bakery. I did that before picking Esther up. This is a cute picture of Esther after eating a chocolate cake bite.
Esther kept trying to play with Jana Grace so we had her hold her.... it was a little awkward. Maybe because Jana weighs only like 7 lbs. less then Esther. While at Sausha's she wanted to know how much Jana Grace was weighing. So she weighed her. She is 15lbs.....she has gained 4 lbs in a month! haha
School
We went to the Danniqa's school on Thursday night to get all the information and to see everything. The little girl was not willing to let me take a picture with her teacher but her is the sign for the classroom.

Science Project
On Thursday the 25th I asked Danniqa what games she would like to play. She went downstairs and came back upstairs with her experiment set Grandma Taylor gave her for her birthday.
Jana Grace sat on the table watching.

Thoughts
I need to preface this with my daughter has not been sleeping well this week, I am hormonal and just REALLY, REALLY tired. So read this at your own risk and know that I am ok.
There are many times that I have thoughts and feelings of absolute frustration and wanting to just QUIT. Then I look around me, read others blogs, facebook post, know their situations extra and feel like how can I complain. When I was pregnant I would be tired, feel sick etc but my sister and sister-in-laws have had it so much worse, so evenif I was feeling that way I didn't feel like I could really say anything. Not necessarily because of them, but because I knew that it really was much worse for them then for me.
Today is one of those days. I don't really feel like I can complain about being tired, because I am tired because I have this sweet baby girl that I am so grateful for. I don't feel like I can complain about my job, because with having to work it couldn't be a better situation. I don't feel like I can complain about Kev being gone at nights when it is a rough night and I would like him to be here, because he works at night I don't have to take my baby to a sitter. But DANG IT, I am tired, I am frustrated with work, I do want Kev home at nights when it is a rough night. And at the same time I am so grateful for the way things are in my life.
So for today I just don't know how to do it all. I don't know how to balance work, home, baby, husband and sleep. I don't always know what I am doing. But I am trying to figure it out. I am trying to be the best mom, wife, and worker. And I know it will get better and that I will be okay.
If you read all of this thanks. It is just one of those days. And know I think I will sleep for a little before my sweet little girl wakes up. And hopefully with a little more sleep I won't feel like quitting everything.

Passport
So we went to get Jana Grace's passport yesterday. Well they look at all of our paperwork and were getting ready to process everything and then they stop. At which point they tell me that the passport office will not accept her picture. I look at them suprised and asked why not. Why, it is because she had a headband in and they can not see her hairline.... REALLY??? as if everything else wont change about her in the next 5 years that she has the passport. So we had to leave, we had just barely made it there before they closed. I went back to Walgreens and told them what happened and luckily they redid them for free. Ugh.

Passport Pictures
We are working on getting a passport for baby girl. So yesterday August 20, 2011 we went to get pictures taken. I am glad that I waited a month or so because this was not an easy thing to get done. It is hard to get a baby looking "natural" with their eyes open and looking at the camera. It was great fun! But she is pretty cute. Now we just need to go submit everything so we can fly to Canada, and where ever else we decide.
Jana Grace 2 month pictures
Here is Miss Jana Grace in her blessing dress for her 2 month old pictures, August 2, 2011. I will have to rescan them as I noticed that there obviously was something black on the screen of my scanner, since it is on all of the pictures.
This is my happy girl laughing. This is the one that I have to give to family.

Treehouse Museum
When Danniqa got home from school I gave her a couple of ideas of things we could do. She decided that we should take frontrunner up to Ogden and go to the Treehouse Museum. She wanted Jana Grace to have her first train ride. So away we went.
Danniqa got tired of walking. So Dad gave her a ride.
They had a sorts of different horses on the corners of the street. This one was Danniqa's favorite.
As you walk into the museum there is a sign that says "step into a story." That is really what you get to do and it is so fun.

Playing musical instruments
Danniqa wanted dad to sit on the log while she went into it.
I want to go into space.
Can I be the King? Will this stupid sword please get out of the stone!
Craft time. It is a triarama. It is a boat sailing into the sunset.
Ride 'em cowgirls!
The Queen and Princess request your attendance.
Maybe Dad can be the King.....nope not strong enough.
Maybe I can be the president.....
Dad do I have a big mouth?
Do you take blood pressure around the stomach?
What do I want to be? Maybe a fireman....or is it firewoman if you are a girl.
Train time
Then of course I was looking at the girls in the back of the car as we were driving home after the train. And I see Jana Grace holding on to Danniqa's arm with her feet and toes. When I first looked back she had both feet on her. Right as I took the picture one foot came off. This little girl holds on with her toes, she has grabbed her dad's lip, held on to a cherry tomato and will hold her feet together with her toes. She is so dang cute.

School has started
Danniqa started school again on Tuesday August 16th. She is going to a charter school in North Salt Lake. It is called Legacy Prepartory Academy. She is in Miss Krall's class this year and we are all excited. She came and met Danniqa at her mom's house before the year started. They are doing half days all this week. She is loving it so far. Here are a couple of pictures of her in her uniform.
