Yeah for me!

I bought a portable dishwasher today. I had days and days worth of dishes to do and have been putting it off. So today I got on KSL and found one for $75 and they would bring it to me. So now I have a portable dishwasher and am a MUCH happier girl!

Primary Program

So the Primary program was yesterday. Makayla did a great job saying her part as always and this year.......Danniqa said her part!!! yeah! However, she wa quite cute in the way she was willing to do it. She popped up quick said "I can read the scriptures just like Jesus did." and before the end of the last word she disappeared again. We found out afterward that she didn't want anyone to see her so she crawled under the chairs to get there, popped up, said it, popped back down, and crawled back under the chairs. They both sang and looked great. It was fun to see them.

Picture frame craft

I tend to keep things on hand to do as crafts. And luckily so it appears. On Friday I wasn't going to be with Kev and Danniqa most of the day. About 30 minutes after we got her home I was going ot have to leave. I had told her it was just going to be her and dad. So we get home and Kev is asking her what she wants to do and giving a bunch of suggestions including movies, toys, reading, walk etc. and she was saying no to all of them. Then she looks at me and asks do you have to leave right now. I told her no in about 30 mins. So then she looks at me again and asked if we could do a craft. I told her yep. And so she got to paint a picture frame. We haven't picked out the pictures for it yet. But here are some pictures of her making it.

Fish nightmare!

SO after seeing the babies I called my dad to ask if Molly fish, the kind we have, will eat their babies. He didn't know but I went online. Apparently they can, they don't always but they sometimes do. So We removed them from the tank for now.....but another fun fact. Mollies can have fish every 30 days. So do I eat them eat their young or do I take them out. Do I try and figure out which are males and females and separate them. I thought fish would be better then other pets. Maybe not.

Fish

We have a fish tank. We got it in June and in the this amount of time we have gone through 7 fish never having more then 4 in the tank. We have been able to keep these three alive for a little while now. But I havent done great at keeping them alive. So imagine my suprise when they aren't dying but mutliplying.

I received a text while at a work meeting saying " We have at least 3 baby fish in the tank....and I am not kidding"
My reply "WHAT???"
Reply: "You read it.......3 really tiny black fish.
My reply: "Maybe they will get eaten."
Kev's reply: "I was showing the fish to Bryton and I saw them. They are not pieces of poo or anything like that."
Sure enough I come home and what do I see. But 3 tiny black fish in my tank. So we now have 6 fish.......

Fudge

Danniqa has a little food cookbook for treats. She wanted to make fudge. We did and it worked. I had tried it before and it didn't really work out.

My friends

Yesterday was my friend Larissa's 30th birthday. She is currently in a play called Damn Yankees! So Julie and I decided that we would be going to the play. But wanted to go in style. So we made shirts. Larissa loved it, she said we were the icing on the cake for her birthday. And all of her friends in the play loved it to. The front says "Larissa's offical fan club" We are great!

The question?

To get a minivan or not......that is the question. We have two kids and many times extras. Sometimes three in carseats which is very complicated in our little dodge neon. So Menlove is offering to buy our car back completely with us owing nothing on it and it not being rolled in......oh the joys. I really have NEVER wanted to own a minivan!

Argentina

So Kevin and I are part of Worldmark. Mostly because we get flight benefits and so it is cheaper for us to go places. My sweet husband served his mission in Argentina a very long time ago. He likes to remind me that I was still in junior high. At this point he hasn't been able to go back. However, today we booked our timeshare for Argentina in June 2011. I am a little excited because as of yet I haven't gone to South America. So now we just get to figure the rest of it out. :) And hope that we make our flights since we will be going stand by!

China

They are moving to China. Zach called last night and he will be leaving by the end of the week. He will be able to come back and help his family get over there. I am excited for them but I am sad. It has been really fun to have all of my family with in a days driving distance. Most of us with in an hour of each other. So Good luck! Have Fun! and I guess I will need to go to China at some point!

Sleepover

We had three of my nephews spend the night friday night. Dashiel, Myles and Royal. The kids all played really well. I let them have the run of the basement. Then we made dinner. Little mini personal pizzas with biscuits.

Then they all got to sit down stairs and watch movies with popcorn and cotton candy

The next morning they woke up early :(. But they played, we had doughnuts for breakfast, they played some more and then we went to the park. Which was possible thanks to Morgan and Jennie switching me cars so I had a vehicle that would fit everyone.

In the car headed down to papa & nana's house for a party and to return the boys to parents. Myles is asleep behind Danniqa.
