Easter Party

After getting up in Canada Saturday morning we jumped on the airplane and headed home. For some reason the gate agent was super nice and let Jana and I be in first classs. Normally they ahve to be six or over. I think it was because there was no other seats. So all four of us were in first class.

Then we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa Taylor's house for an Easter Party.

Because of the weather the egg hunt was done inside for the kids. Jana's eggs are bumble bees. Here she was getting her first egg.

Treats

As we all know miss Jana loves her food and treats. The other day Kev was in the front room with her and she crawled over to her diaper bag, pulled out her baggy of treats, crawled back over to Kevin and handed them to him. Kev said he just laughed and gave her some.

Canada for Easter Weekend (or Part of it)

We got up on Thursday and LeeOra took us back to the airport. Danniqa and Kevin ended up in First Class. This was the first time Danniqa got to be in First Class and she loved it. She was excited to get her little bottle of water as soon as she got on the plan.

Thursday was a pretty relaxed day. She was just chillin'.
Friday we got up and we dyed eggs.

Aunt Becky was the very last one to get done with her eggs. she said it has always been that way.

Then Kevin's family has a tradition of rolling the Easter eggs down a hill. I though they were a little crazy. But it was kind of fun. So we will now add this to things that we due for Easter.

Then we went to a wave pool and had fun swimming. Baby girl got a mohawk.

Danniqa loved this big slide. It went out side of the building and so she decided to count the stairs. There were 58 stairs to climb. Here is the part of the slide that comes into the building.

Then after dinner they did resurrection eggs. It was the story of the resurrection and scriptures.

Then we all went to bed, got up realy early and headed to the airport. We got on the flight that we wanted and for some reason they let us ALL in first class. You usually can't be in first class until you are 6, hence Danniqa's first time. But there weren't any seats in coach but almost all of first was open so the nice gate agent put me and Jana there as well. So now we have all been in first. It was a great flight home.

San Fransisco

On Wednesday April 4th we went to San Fransisco for the day. We had decided to go on Sunday and we asked Grandpa and Grandma if they wanted to go with us. So away we went. We got up really early and headed to the airport.

We rented a car...even though I was a dumby and had booked it for two weeks later then when we were going... and headed down to the piers. We decided to find some place to eat on pier 39 and ended up at Bubba Gumps.

Then Danniqa, Jana and Kev went on the Carousel on the pier. It had an upstairs. Jana did not like it at first but then when it started moving she was fine.

Then we walked to the end of the pier and looked at alcatraz and then saw the seals. (Super sad this one turned out blurry.)

Then Danniqa saw a fortune teller guy like they had in an episode of Wizards of Waverly place and so Grandpa was very kind and gave her a dollar for a fortune.

We left Pier 39 and went down to Ghirardelli square and got a free sample of chocolate. yum!

Then we got in the car and drove down Lombard street. It was kind of fun to drive down it since I was the driver on this trip,

Then we went over to Muir Woods National Monument. It was Gorgeous!

Then it was time to head back to the airport. We didn't make our flight on Delta so we headed up to United. I was able to get all of the others on the first Delta flight. But then I wasn't able to. I was able to get onto the next United flight so I made it home about 12:30am. (and we had a flight out the next morning.)
