House update

I have been very busy packing things. Our basement is beginning to look more like a storage unit. And anyone who knows Kevin knows it is almost impossible to get him to get rid of things and he did so well! He has 2 bags of clothes to go to DI. He did great! But then today we got some news.....

the appraisal on the house did not come back high enough. So now we are having to go back to the seller and see if they will lower the price by $3000. How knows if they will or not. Now we just wait to see. We may still get the house....we may not. I hate the waiting game. Hopefully we find out tomorrow that they will go for it.
