Fife Family Trip

We were headed to Glenwood Springs, Colorado for a Fife Family Fun Trip. Before heading out to spend time with everyone we decided to stop and give mom some flowers and to say hi.

Drew has really bad eczema. When he woke up in the morning he had scratched his leg raw. So while we were driving he kept scratching, so I put his gloves on him.  

 His poor little leg..... :(

We arrived at the hotel and everyone but Dad and Vicki were there. (Zach and Meredith and family weren't making it on the trip, and we missed them)
So everyone was congregating and enjoying being with each other.

Drew loved the phones.

We went to our room to chill for a little while. They were all on the bed together.

We went to the hot springs. Little girl all ready to go

Went and walked around. 

 And had dinner. The older kids got to sit at a table of their own.

 And thought it was great!

 Jana had to sit by Esther.

 Jennie was sweet and painted Sausha's toes for her. It is a little hard for her to reach them at this point.

 My dad always has a TON of electronics with him. He brings his own power strip while traveling. And here it is....

 Do you know how hard it is to get a picture of all of these little ones looking at the same time.....

 impossible.... but we tried

We celebrated birthdays

Then went out for a drive

 The whole crew. Each family has a baby in a carrier. My sister-in-law asked if it was an advertisement for Ergo, three of us are using that brand of carrier. :)

Then we stopped at Doc Holladay's grave. Kevin took the girls up to the grave and Drew and I hung out down at the car as it was raining. 

Dinner out again. (It was really dark. There wasn't great lighting.)

 Drew saw Kevin eating the salsa. I do not like salsa. But Drew wanted a chip dipped in it. He LOVED it. He kept handing us chips to dip them and then would suck it off. He was happy.

 The last morning Jack, Kevin, Dustin, Morgan and Dad headed out on a hike to Hanging Lake. Kev got some great pictures.

While the guys were off on their hike. The ladies took the little kids on a walk to a falls.

All the little girls wanted to hold Nana's hand.

And out of the parking lot and around the corner we saw this! I was amazed that this was right there. It was so pretty.

The mist was pretty thick.

There were some caves a little ways up the trail

All the kids. Aren't they so cute! I love this whole bunch. (Sad Zach and Meredith's three weren't in here.)

Then it was time to head for home. It was a great trip with my family! I am so glad that my family all makes it a priority to get together!
